Did you ever tried to drive something bigger then an ordinary car? LFS, netKar what are these?? Try Rigs of Rod.

http://rigsofrods.blogspot.com/

You should really try that one, but you also need a decent PC to run this acceptable smooth.

I'm totally fascinated by this simulation...

I found it on RSC, and it did blow my minds

Greets
I was playing this one for quite a bit last week, got boring after few days but it's great fun in the beginning I'm keeping an eye on this one..
Seems nice, but i'll skip this one.

Not interested into getting a reboot and Windows telling me that there just been a serious error which caused my machine to reboot and only work again after 15 minutes

Works without a problem here.
Quite funny

But yes, you really need a fast PC to have it running smoothly.

Its the graphics card I think,as I had it with other games aswell (XPand the one who crossed the mind first)
This looks like a lot of fun, I'll need to try this when I get back from school

<edit>Do you guys that have it think it'll run on a 3.2GHz P4 Prescott?</edit>
Sweet crap, I love this game, but it doesn't run as smooth as I'd expect on my puter. >.< I'd expect that if I was using my old rig, but jebus.

Bahahahah, it maxed out my PSU. Damn I knew hiper made trash but I can't believe I just hit it's top end. Stupid restarts >.<

But yay for hill climbing (I would say rock crawling, but thar be no rocks XD)

Now if I could just keep the FPS above 30 (drops to 2 fps in places) I'd be happy.
Sod all this bitching about LFS and nK Pro I want this

Downloading...
This ist so Great i spent the whole afternoon playing it.
posted this in the surprise count up thread in general talk yesterday
What an awesome doom mode new suggestion for nK lets have a 3rd person robot doom mode

Can you drive the boats?
Seriously this could be the future of sim racing, it proves that the rigid body model is not the only way. Obviously a soft body model on its own does not equal a sim but in the future when we have PCs capable of making soft body calculations at the same time as the other elements of physics calculations. I can't see this happening for a long time though, possibly not until hardware accelerated physics.
Thus you can now buy the PhsyX card. Well pre-order anyway.

But man this game is addictive.
ROFL, looks great!!! Love the flexing!

Only thing is, the trucks appear to float a bit more than I'd really think happens. But other than that, everything looks pretty nice. Reminds me a lot of 1NSANE.

That's what I thought.
Physics like this would be a great way to put Karts in LFS, too.

Oh, btw, can you use a wheel with this, or is it keyboard only?

You can, but the keys are pre-bound. Lucky for me it didn't have reverse axis so it was fine, but you set it to "Keyboard+Joystick+Force Feedback".
What wheel do you have, DFP comes to mind, but I can't remember.
I have an MS Sidewinder Force Feedback. Cheap but does the job.
You can turn it into a robot-mountaineering-sim too. With some editing of the terrain files and textures that robot is high in the himalayan sky.

HAHHAHAHA, that's awesome.
