It's illegal to use that things for all people, from Scawen to the last memebr in the LFS.

That sounded a bit discriminative, as always happens with demo users...

I don't know, I guess Silver meant that in the same way that demo users are not allowed tweak.

you're not supposed to change the car's shape to a non-LFS shape because of it having to do something to aerodynamics and other in-game physics, as to my understanding.
