TBH this is one very hard lap to beat. He definately won't be doin it in 8mins or maybe at all.

I think XRG @ AS4 would be doable. I'm not all that fast and I'm about .75s off the current WR. That's less difference than I am off XRG @ AS3 which is less turns (and done by azza already).
