Just wondering, is there an official 'zero hour' when the patch will be made available ?

Wondering if I should burn some time off from work, that's all

I think it's around 48 + 12 ... 60 hours from now . I am NOT staying up that long.

Yea.. I think I'm going to have to NOT download the patch until at least wednesday night, or else I will never finish my final projects, and thus, fail my year.

On the other hand though, it comes out 3 days before my birthday. What a nice present!

Historically release has been 2pm Friday afternoon british time, I wold imagine it will be the same.

Still says 3 days. I'm not going to get to give it a go properly until Saturday anyway, so no big deal for me.

I have seen most of the updates around 10-11am US Central time, so I guess it will go up around that time on friday?

All I remember is, when S2 alpha came out I was just leaving work to go home (2pm) on a friday, and I downloaded it when I got home.

I would imagine it will be around the same sort of time

the question was, why he posted that link. This thread is about the time of the release date, of course we all know it wil be out in 3 (or now 2 days).
