I shouldn't be saying that, but some tweaks fail to include licence protection (such as the InSim one)
I can do it without using tweak
Id have thought any soft suspension setting with stiff front anti roll bars would produce that sort of effect?
u can do it with an fzr easily without tweak
FZ5 and LX6 is also easy to do.
And XRT. But these won't help the OP as he doesn't have a licence.

I think that wheelie can be done with a rwd car like you know a bike.... So the video you post is kinda fail....not real wheelie, only a example of fwd car try to lift his back...

i think i did it before with the xrg uphill w/o tweak.
He's talking about the FRONT wheels. You can't lift them up in case of FWD cars.
