Does anyone here know of software thats kinder to multiple webcam setups than yawcam?

I've been using 6 cams running multiple sessions of yawcam and it's clunky to say the best. Given that my cams are all the same brand I'm having trouble identifying which cam is which at startup, all seems to run well after setup but there must be better, even at a small price <€80...

Leave a light on so it looks like you're home and get a really bright torch to stun intruders or something.
