Why don't you actually ask there instead of making a new thread?

Well, it is clearly mentioned in the thread that without at least basic programming skills you are unlikely to get it working. This cruise server is not distributed as an executable, it is a source code you have to compile yourself. For a start you need MS Visual Studio Express Edition to open the source code and make an EXE from it.
