i have some screenshots off a failing ai driver's ( called them to F1 Drivers + with the correct skins)
i took those screenshots out of the replay so have fun ^^

haha I did actually lol...
I remember doing that once (some years back) when playing Gran Turismo on the PS2
I was pi..ed leading the race for most of it and then fail at the end

Was pretty funny though, IIRC there is an achievement in GRID for going through the finish line backwards and winning the race
