Cars involved: 95, 17
Brief Description of incident: 17 wants to make an outside move around 95 but 95 turn to the right like if 17 wasnt there and cause 17 to flips maybe like 20 times. 95 NEED to be penalized

Car 95 causes avoidable incident by failure to leave room for a car alongside.

Car 95 also causes an avoidable incident for the same reason on lap 267. For the combined incidents, Car 95 will be placed as last car 3 laps down.

Other penalties:

Car 28 issued a warning for an avoidable incident with Car 17 on Lap 128.

Car 51 issued a warning for failure to leave space for an overtaking car contributing to an avoidable incident for the incident with Car 22 on Lap 191

Car 99 issued a warning for failure to leave adequate space for an oncoming car on lap 208.

Car 178 issued a post-race 26 second time penalty (DT equivalent) for causing an avoidable incident with car 28.
