you might get a little more help if you stopped creating thread after thread asking for the same thing ...
Also as a few have suggested, try and have ago at fixing it for yourself and maybe you will start to learn a little about insim code rather than just expecting everyone to write it for you.
Try looking in your cruise_settings.lpr file as that seems to be where the new account stats are generated, could be wrong as i haven't tried it.

while i'm here, i just wanted to point out something about your server name...
LTC / Redline Racing are two different LFS teams/servers... they already exist.
Racing / Cruise... make up your mind there.
