Ok, here is my opinion.

I think there isn't enough action, audio wise. There are only engine sounds, nothing to boost up the pace of the images, while there was quite some actually.

I didn't like much the shift+u cams, making the pace already "slow" even more. You should have used either default cams (although they are too narrow) or TVDirector/anything else. This would have put up more suitable angles of view for action.

But the quality of the video is good, texts to describe what's happening are nicely implemented and race was actionful
