Why isn't there a public server for this? I remember when Falcon140 had a server for this back in 2007-8, it was VERY fun(even with all the wrecks!)

I was going to format Realistic NASCAR Server like this, but there is not enough interest as stated. I went ahead and made it XRR instead. I don't have much time to play this time of year though so the server's usually inactive.
