I do not no if i have pressed something by accident but in every race the mouse is stuck on the screen and it's so annoying, How do i remove it i have tryed restarting my PC etc... and i have looked through all of the options but i can't remove it can someone help me out please

Hide mouse: shift+z.

Also, some InSims can sometimes put a clickable button on the screen somewhere where you don't notice it - you'll have a mouse cursor while that button is showing and unclicked. Drove me half insane trying to figure that one out back when I was on a mouse
