i have a motorala modem, dlink DIR-615 I have reset my router a million times, iv'e added the ports to my configuration in my router settings and when i test ports to see if they are open they just arnt? what am i doing wrong.

Well, for starters, are you sure you're doing everything correctly? Does the PC you forward the ports to have a static IP? Could it be that the firewall on your PC is blocking incoming communication on those ports so they appear as not forwarded?
