Looking for a 2nd hand lappy for Christmas for me ma & pa.

Requirements: Built in webcam, min x1400 or 8400gs gpx, 15in screen or larger

Budget upto - £200

I quite like the Dell 6400 but it has no camera.
Also Pavillion dv6500 cropped up but i have read loads of bad reviews about HP laptops of this age.

Any requirements?
