Any budding artists on here who want to make some cartoons for me

Basically i need a cartoon of someone ringing around and getting annoyed trying to find something.

Then happiness when it is found, but then having to ring around again, to organise something, so they looked frustrated,

Easy or what ??????????

tbh i guess u will have a hard time finding someone without offering something...
time is money these days.
