Here is an image of all the lock to lock rotation limits for each car so that you know which rotation to use on your actual wheel.

Isn't there a setting to make the steering wheel lineair with the car's steering wheel?

Simply a mistake. Of course BF1 uses 400 degrees of rotation. Anyway that's fixed

There's already in car setups/steering section for wheel drivers.
