Car 20 had overlap entering the corner, Car 20 did make a braking action. Car 20's slide into Car 10 was a result of clipping the grass on the inside of the Corner. Racing Incident.

Instead of 2 separate time penalties, we have elected to apply one stop-go Penalty Conversion of 25 seconds to Car 20's laptime.
