Hello everyone!

I'm completely new to LFS and yesterday I was trying to record with Bandicam (free version). When I'm not recording I'm at about 95-100 FPS but then when I press the record button it drops down to like 10 FPS! Since I live in Sweden and every forum I've read is in english it's pretty hard to understand every word, I mean I'm very good at english (maybe?) but I don't get some words. Some say that they should turn off AA, what is that? Where do I do it!?

AA = Anti Aliasing
AF = Anisotropic Filter

Those options can be changed inside LFS, recording is a heavy task for the computer, so it's normal a FPS drop, but not that much as you are suffering.

LFS has a "bug" while recording with Fraps, it can be avoided by turning sky to 16 bits.

Lastly, recording writes a lot of data on the hard disk, so it needs to be defragmented (if this is the right word xD).

Also when recording video from the screen with any recorder its best to record/save to a separate hard disk (where windows isn't installed), unless you have an SSD as your main drive then it won't matter.
If you don't have another drive that has a decent write speed then just lower the game quality settings or record at a lower res, or both
