For some reason I got this message when I loaded my car in a server.

The numberplate was "LATVIA" but I never changed my numberplate to this one.

Is the car modded in some way like a VOB swap or etc?

Actualy i was on a server, My friend spectated me while i was driving, and also he was changing hes numberplate same time he was spectating my car. My numberplate did change too. And i just what the... so i think its a bugg but it only works sometimes i do not know why .
