The online racing simulator

Not really different than the old rig besides new watercooling parts and new Corsair RAM.
What case is that?
Impressive looking rig you got there Miniz
you've got a liquid cooled optical?
if i compare the inside of that with mine, then i have plenty of room to sleep in my case
Quote from G!NhO : if i compare the inside of that with mine, then i have plenty of room to sleep in my case

lol indeed. I find it an ugly case. And what are the specs?
Intel q9450 @ 3.4ghz
4gig corsair xms2 4-4-4-12
3x8800 GTX in triple SLI config
nvidia 780i motherboard
x-fi elite pro outputting DTS 96/24 via SPDIF to Lofitech Z5500 speakers
tagen 1300w non modular psu
lian-li v1000+ aluminium chassis
cpu/ram/gpus/north + south bridges watercooled.

weighs 51.2lbs (24 ish kilos)
drinks 3.6 amps on boot and has a carbon footprint of 3 and a half foot

just dont ask how much it costs to run

meh, how much does it cost to run?
Quote from Bose321 :meh, how much does it cost to run?

enough to put a considerable dent in my wallet PCM, actually it depends on what its doing as to if its drinking lots. Crysis' opening weekend cost me a lot
Quote from Bose321 :meh, how much does it cost to run?

I'm more interested in knowing how it can run without hard drives.
Quote from amp88 :I'm more interested in knowing how it can run without hard drives.

ah i knew i forgot something, 2.7TB combined across 5 drives
Quote from Gunsmith :ah i knew i forgot something, 2.7TB combined across 5 drives

Pffft! Just 2.7. You're letting the side down with that.
Quote from Jakg :What case is that?

Cooler Master HAF 932. Yes, it does not look as nice as its bigger brother, the Cooler Master ATCS 840, but it is well worth the money at $150 with how well it is designed!

your right it does need more, but im going through a redundancy atm so its going to have to wait

If/when you are looking to upgrade I'd suggest looking at the Proavio editBox line. You can get them in up to 10 disc variations and there are a few different interfaces available too. I have the editBox 8 PM and it's very good. The only downside I would say is that it's a little noisy but it's kept well out of the way. If you only have a Win32 OS you will only be able to create volumes smaller than 2TB too (just something to think about).
I use vista x64 due to the triple SLI config, was thinking of loading it with 5 1tb drives, or 4 1tb's with a performance drive covering my boot and gaming partitions.

all the drives in there atm are 7200rpm barrys and even tho that may not sound like much, with carefull data organising they still fly like shit off a shovel.
