i have just payed for the s2 license and when i go to a car or track it will not load it. i am a little confused hopefully someone nice can help me out.

Did you unlocked it? You have to unlock in-game too (if your username and game password are already typed in,you still have to click "unlock"). If you did unlock and still no effect,try uninstalling and installing fresh install from lfs.net

For instance I have 20 cars and many tracks.
