ehm, in my opinion he should get banned from the hotlapcharts.

The correct way to handle this is to make a replay of the bug and send it to the devs. Uploading it to the hotlaps and showing everyone is extremely lame, and don't even start with "proof of concept". It was obviously a demonstration, that is true, but making it public was not necessary, nevertheless.
