Been looking at the hotlap analyzer of lfs world. Looks great

However how do I even upload a hot lap so I can see what my bet times are on each track?

First, you need to have a replay saved from the Hot lapping mode in LFS. You have to do one or more valid laps in that mode. To save the replay, press 2 to save your replay manually, or 1 to save a replay with a predefined name.

Then on LFSWorld, Click S2 Hotlaps -> Hotlap charts and on the right side you should see a section "Upload a hotlap:". There you select your replay file from your LFS/data/spr folder and upload it.

By the way, whenever you don't know how to do something in LFS, you can try looking into the LFS Manual website, if it helps.

Or alternatively, to check your personal best laps from multiplayer, click Online Racer Stats. There you'll see all your laps on each car/track combo.
