Those are 2 separate fields for a reason. Don't think it allow them to be the same, but even if it did you should use different passwordss anyway.

Your web and game passwords are different. You can change your game password on the Account details page.

how do i split my throttle axis, damn thing is combined & annoying

Options - Controls - Throttle / brake axes: separate
