Richard Burns Rally
Having just bought a dfp i thought i would try this using 900deg mode.....
HOW DIFFICULT!!!
anyone else use dfp in 900deg mode?

I don't remember seeing any rallycar with 900 degrees. It's more like 540°, so try that. Much better.
Forget 900. It's hard enough even with 240 degrees.

tell me about it, at least i was reasonably rubbish, now i'm pathetic
Its fun to try, I found the DFP doesn't really counter-turn fast enough without a bit of help, normally I run rally in 420 degrees, I've never seen a rally car with the full 900.

Sounds like your having plenty of fun with your DFP though

Hi Rtsbasic,

Cracking wheel, been relearning all the tracks turn in points on lfs!!
Makes quite a difference on full mode, certainly well worth it, thought i'd try rbr as well but very difficult so i'll try your suggestion!!
Richard Burns Rally is a tough game.....I have it. The cars are hard to control.
use 540 degrees and make sure that you have the steering lag fix from bhmotorsports

I personally prefer 504°, because it's the same setting in the setup screen..

thanks for the tip with the steering lag fix ... I will definatly try it
Thanks for all the input!!
I thought the DFP only worked in 900 mode in RBR, when ever i used to lower it, it didnt change once the game loaded.
yeah, the first time i played the game it was difficult as hell. Completely different than LFS. After a few days though, i started concentrating more on what the co-driver was saying, and not trying to push it as much as i do in LFS, because RBR isnt as forgiving. Its a really fun game, always good to play when im bored of lfs
