If you still want to use lfs_external disable all packets which your insim won't need. That's the only one way to use lfs_external in 2017

At first delete all packets you don't need in the dll file. Find the source code of lfs_external and delete the unnecessary packets.
Then go in Form1 of your application, remove all errors and that's it
