Hello i want to use symbols in chat and at drivers name
like ⚠ ✒ ➢ not those specific but as an example.
How to do it?

Those symbols aren't possible in LfS, as far as I know. You simply can't choose the font.

But you can choose other symbols by typing 't' ingame. Then press that down-arrow and you'll see all possible values for the specific code page. Choose "Japanese" and then "81" for some symbols. You may also click through the other pages to see more possible symbols.
