Round 2 of the 2021 series features a round that has been on VERL schedule every previous year,running races on several different configurations in different directions and this year the longest configuration in reversed direction will be run for the first time. The challenge is same though - stay off the walls and be precise while keeping higher overall pace than others. Despite being "just" 4 kilometers long,this is the 2nd longest course this season,requiring 50 laps to complete the nominal race distance of 200 kilometers.

First round did not decide anything yet - it just gave a good advantage to those having good result in it,while anyone can still join the series and with great performance steal the show for his own glory. Returning to standard configuration might give a well practiced veteran a chance to shine - who will be the one?

20 drivers joined this round to challenge the tight and twisty South City's longest track,one of the did not qualify though,so there were 19 cars on grid ready to race. 6 of them however retired from race for various reasons and just like in round one there were 13 drivers classified as points scorers.

Again not much changes in top5 between qualifying and finish - top4 finished in same order as they started,just 5th place finisher used 5th place starter's mistake to advance one position. The winner of first round Gábor had even bigger domination in this race and finished more than half minute ahead of competition leading every single lap of the race - he picked up all 22 points again. Fatass and Unite delivered the only real battle for higher positions,but it was still rather distant without actual position swaps - Fatass finished 2nd less than a second ahead of Unite,who finished 3rd just like in round 1.


Gábor is already starting to pull a distance on competition after 2 rounds - his advantage over 2nd place in table is already 16 points. 2nd place Unite and 3rd place Rony are seperated just by 1 point. 4th is current top rookie Zesty,who in competition for Rookie of the Year award is 6 points ahead of Kid.

Defending champions S1dus repeated their round 1 performance and scored another 36 points to stretch their lead to 33 points over MRc. RGA is another 2 points apart. This was a bit better round for Finland as they had bigger points advantage over competition - they're 13 points ahead of Hungary. Latvia is 3rd,30 points away from lead.

3rd round is the middle round this year and it's the 2nd and last custom track in the schedule,allthough customized are only the 1st two chicanes of Rockingham Historic configuration - 1st one is bypassed over oval and 2nd one is made much safer by slowing the section down.
