Tracks no, cars yes! As of Live for Speed version 0.7A we have made our vehicle editor available to the public so anyone can create Vehicle Mods. You can grab it from our downloads page. There is no track editor which is a lot more complex than the vehicle editor. It may become available in the future, but we have no concrete plans for that yet.
