Sorry to cut the link to the host guys. My crap monitor has again caused me to use bad textures as my shadow kits. The Rear Wing text again can be seen on the textures similar to how it was with the Renault when I first created it. Sorry guys but I need to pull out the link. :banghead:

Well guys, I guess the 09 season skins are complete! I'll still post a skin pack but these should be great for the moment.

Thanks guys! I'll be watching the qualifying sessions closely today (night here). Dunno if Brawn is racing with their rather sponsorless livery but if they do then I'll make the skin.

Some FO8 skins I wanted to get out of the way before I start converting my BF1 skins. These are based on old Hotwheels Grand Prix toys, not the actual F1 Liveries.

Toro Rosso...

I hope Brawn GP comes out with a livery too. As far as the skin pack is concerned, I don't have all the small details to finish it. There's a lack of pictures which I guess will be filled once the first few races start. (driver numbers and names for Toyota, rear wing paint, etc.) So you guys can expect it sometime in April! In the meantime, check the formula skins thread. I got a lot of requests regarding having the skins on the f08.

Yep. didn't see rear wings til now. It's the same for the other cars, but I'm holding out for the last update until I get all the driver number logos and Toro Rosso. I'll have everything accurate when I post the skin pack. Right now, I'm satisfied with them as is.

The Signature Whiskey logo is not accurate. I can't get a clear picture to vector.

Nice find! I'll see if I can get on this one. I can see a lot of similarities with the sponsor locations from the launch livery with the main color division chnaged. I guess it's similar to how they did it last year (or was that 2 years ago).

Maverick and Goose inspired helmets... Just got tired of making the masks, so anyone with better skillz can dedit away all they want. Just give me credit for the main lines.

Finished BMW. The T-systems logo on the side was hard to line up... I'm looking at Red Bull next.

Darned! It is there... I see what happened though. I can't see the letters well using my laptop due to bad contrast ratios. The shadow file doesn't show the letters when I viewed it. Oh well... I'll correct it once I get home.

Toyota TF109... I couldn't find a good logo to vector for the logo on the lower front wings. The red paint splashes aren't perfect. I wanted to keep my sanity intact...
