mine was £80 and you can get them on eBay for less than £60

i have the DF GT. great wheel tbh. only issues i have is the wheel is very thin, compared to the momo i had before also the padels or lack of, it's not that nice. i prefered having nice big padels as opposed to these button things.

Rotation imo isn't that important. i use 360 degree's with this wheel but on the momo i had 270 and it was fine. most people use 200-400 anyway, and if it's your first time using a wheel then a reduced rotation will be an advantage for you.

what would be the point? nothing useful has been said, lock it imo and move the useful stuff to the other thread (which is like 1 post )

if i'm so close to the car in front i can see their front bumper i overtake them. If i REALLY can't overtake then i just brake a bit earlier and get on the throttle sooner to overtake at the next corner

they're all nothing. theres one of a bf1 that rolls and temporarily fly's upside down before it rolls all the way over back onto it's wheels. can't find it on utube though

your keeping the turn on the wheel for too long, you need to start opening it out a bit sooner. That way you won't have to compensate for it with your throttle control so much.

You can almost have a straight wheel but have enough throttle on to get the car around the corner and then it will sort itself out by the time you have exited the turn. I wouldn't expect you to do that in one night though obviously, since as you said, you just managed to get it to do a lap

regarding you gear shifts. your still shifting too early. Shift at least 500 rpm's later. wait for the red light and then wait a bit longer.

also, i THINK that if you blip on downshifts, that also reduces clutch wear

heres two sprs showing what i mean about shift points.

The FZR you can see i shift as the light goes on which is pretty much on the limiter anyway. With the LX6 i shift a bit later and you can hear the limiter cut in. i think the lx6 just has a slower box, even though they are both h-boxes :S

i just told u the trick, i use autoclutch too. i'll upload a hotlap or something with it if you want? the only car i have noticed it really having an effect on is the lx6.
