Quote from Mackie The Staggie :Funny you should mention that......my mate after getting home (in a drunken state) has dug out his set, but has decided that he needs more track as he wants to make the track go through basically 2 rooms.....

So tomorrow I'm bringing my spare tracks from my "big boys set" while he gets his old set from his folks house and we aim to recreate the Scalextric version of the Nordscheilfe. Not too sure how is Girlfriend is going to take it when she comes back from her parents house.....but that will be his problem not mine

Awsome

Quote from CSF :I would be surprised if Orange man didn't keep the same team, it's actually gelling nicely now. Even Darren Mackie scored.

I know what your saying about the mahogony man himself likes to do his tactics and positions with a tombola i think . Couple of cracking goals last weekend though Mulgrew knows how to take a freekick

Big game this week for my team Aberdeen we really have to beat Hearts this weekend and make the most of the next lot of fixtures we have all the the other top 6 clubs at home. Good results against them could see us fighting for third and right there for europe next year .

Cant w8 for this weekends game though will be making the trip into Aberdeen with my m8 for his birthday . Just hope Aluko gets a start and scores

Quote from dougie-lampkin :Right, I'm looking for something to increase bass in my speaker setup (no, not trying to cram over 9000 subwoofers into a Ford Fiesta ) for my PC, which I use for music, gaming and movies. Attached are my current speakers, in quadrophonic setup (big black ones are front, grey ones are rear), but they're missing a good kick. For games, music and movies, I reckon it needs more bass, and not just turning up the equaliser, but to have physical bass. I've been looking at getting ready-to-go stuff off Ebay, but it's all €200-500, which I have no intentions of spending. My max budget for this would be €50, everything included, but with the current €-£ exchange rates now is as good a time as ever.

I was thinking of getting a subwoofer for a car, like this or this (I'm not up on these, so I don't know what size, wattage or anything is best), and mounting it in a timber frame. But I don't know how to power it or how to plug it in to the PC. I have no problem doing wiring and whatever, but I can't do complex circuitry...

Has anyone any experience of this, or any advice? I stress I'm not looking for HUGE bass to shake the room, but just something to make it more noticeable (Although as an added bonus I should be able to crank it up and piss off the neighbours ). I also looked at the chair-mounted ones, but I need it to work throughout the room.

Here you go m8 have a look on this website http://www.richersounds.com/pr ... ist&sgroup=SUBWOOFERS

Loads a good deals on there hope you find what your looking for

Quote from STROBE :Sorry to say but that's not HDR, that's a painting.

My advice is to forget about HDR for now. I think the scene you took would probably look far better without the HDR processing, assuming it's a sunny and well lit scene. It's quite a nice scene actually, and not a bad photo - quite nice too. But your processing of it... ugh.

Thanks i know what you mean i went a bit ott with settings was just messing about really i am only a beginer and thanks for the advice and comment on picture
