I am running LFS on the background.
I have an XRT running on the autocross loop. (the circly thing).
When I accelerate to 30km/h put it in 5th gear and wait, the car goes to 1/3-1/2 of its throttle to prevent stalling.

However, I am running this for 18 minutes now, and I haven't even lost a tenth of a percent of fuel.

When driving an other XRT with the same throttle, but actually physically doing it yourself (instead of what the car automatically does), you do lose fuel.

How and why is this?

It may be possible to explain it better with a replay, but I'm making one now, and I will run it for another few hours

Heck, add it in the next patch if possible, since patches take that long you'd better have more in 1 patch.

If you'd like (or if you have a wheel like the G25), You can make different settings.

Paddle=shift with the paddles, initial controls
Sequential=shift with the sequential lever, paddles are set to pitlimiter/TC, if you'd like.
Shifter=shift with the shifter, paddles are set to indicators
(+ Auto (if that's what you want))


Put this into a script (**magic**), press a button, and it'll change from Paddle through shifter.

Have you tried deleting system32?

The Momo is very good as a first wheel.
It is a lot heavier on the steering than the G25 though.
In my case that would sometimes lead to try and steer it so hard that it would run out of sync. (as in, using fast movements may lead it to be off-center in-game)
The G25 is very nice, but only if you got the money for it. (although new it's somewhere near 200 euro's, so the 89 euros is only half of the original price).
