I'll never understand how people can even spend 300€ in any console, when I am at my friends place, I play for 10 minutes and I get utterly bored, no matter what game.
I started learning english at 6, but until I was 14 and started listening music in english, I wasnt really interested in understanding it. It was The Pixies and Ramones who really got me interested, just to see what the hell they were singing about. It wasnt my teachers who taught me english, it was Frank Black, Eddie Vedder, Maynard James Keenan and Robert Plant...among many many others.
Then at university I signed up for the Erasmus program (studying abroad) and spent 10 months in Dublin.
Now at work I use english every day, researching, reading, googling...but I hardly speak it, only with my racing mates through TS, and they can tell you how dreadful my accent is...LOL
Though I do not like the idea of removing post count, I agree that some of this forum members behaviour is annoying.
I seen a 'report bad post' link in many forums, we should have something like 'report spammer' link in each post. Once they go beyond a reasonable limit, their posting gets limited for some time.
I remember when I was studying at Dublin Institute of Technology some years back and me and my friends made a trip to Northern Ireland. Would you think we were able to understand anything? It was like they werent talking the same english we had ZERO problems with up to that point lol.
Back on topic, I like the crew help idea, since I am pretty useless at making really good setups, for now.
Unless you specifically want to do something for your PDA related to LFS, I can not see the benefits of doing from CF. I've made CF applications in the past and I found it very limited, at least regarding controls and database stuff. Some methods were there but they simply didnt work...(!!)
Considering that, either using bluetooth or active sync youre gonna need to be close to your LFS PC, why not programming it in .Net directly?
One last thing: get rid of 2003 and move on to VS2005, its MUCH better.
Frokki, you could add whatever crossed your mind, but we are talking about a racing sim, if you think a mcdonalds and a pit lane are related...you're wrong.
Yeah Pedrosa really messed it big time. Probably as much as you can, but, I am not SO sure HRC would choose Hayden if it comes to him or Pedrosa next year...I mean think about it, Pedrosa has won 3 world championships, he is the rookie of the year in MotoGP and one of the youngest riders.
What has done Hayden? Seriously, not being sarcastic. I know nada about his career highlights, but this year is about the only season I saw him doing well.
As for Elias, yeah, he's nuts, love when he's at the front.
And he's also the best at trying to get attention in this forum, there are loads of people trying to improve, very hard, and thanks god not all of them make new threads asking people what they think about lap times or asking to be in a video...
