Make multiple servers and ban him so many times till he gets a gobal ban.
Have you tried restarting your router?
Does this happen only in LFS or happens in the rest of online games too?
Try turning off your firewall and see if that helps, probably it's blocking the ports.

The servers had to restart due to a small issue reported by a customer in the control panel.
Everything is running back again.
The downtime was just 1 minute.
