Full AA,Full AF,go for top quality in catalyst/Nvidia control pannel.You'll also need some DDS files for the reflections,high resolution tracks...etc.For Riders Motion's picture,he's adding a bit of contrast to get the colors nice.Same for Keisu but the pictures he posted here aren't edited.

Go drift in the public drift servers,practice and try to spot some pros and watch them 5-6 laps to learn the lines and how they drift.Only practice will get you better.

The game is the nicest FPS I've played yet.I'm rank 55 and own a nice golden AK-47.

No it's not looking nice.You can't do nice pic by pressing a button in photoshop you know...you need to use different tools and it should do something nice with some practice.
