GlovePie only works in 32bit.

Shift [ and Shift ] adjust the seat height up and down

No, it's not the seat, it's only the view. Think of it like you are moving your face up and down, that's what shift + ] does, not adjust the seat. So you are either looking at the new bird model in the sky or your shoes = pointless.

Negative ghostrider, however there is something called glovepie that makes so you can adjust it slightly by using insert, delete and the surrounding buttons.

You can't, it's a simulator, you can't go outside the cockpit when you drive.

Quote from J@tko :And oh good god the Street Stock. I imagine the rookie races are going to be CARNAGE. (not that they weren't already!)

It's great, you can really bang doors with that car

Yeah as a a kiwi you'll have a hard time finding good races. Normally there are no big races during weekdays (unless it's spa, WG or one of the more popular tracks). The races are normally sat/sun evening european prime time which is kind of late for you.

I have locked 900° in windows, but in certain cars I use a lower steering degree because it just turns retardely bad in the game. HPD, Street suck, caddi, spec racer are those I can remember out of my head right now.

It does that for you guys because the wheel is set to 360 in windows, so when it asks you to put the wheel 90 degrees to the left, it goes all the way to 360 even though you only have 280 on the wheel.

What you could do is,

a) Put it to 280 in windows (I don't remember if that is possible with MOMO but should be since logitech?)

b) When it ask's you to put it 90 degrees to the left - put the wheel in the position where the value on that screen says 280 and lock it there, don't worry about putting it exactly to 90°. That should give you a more accurate wheel responsiveness.

Quote from Töki (HUN) :Meh, I guess my wheel settings are crap, just doesn't feel right even if I run that configurator. I'm 1.2sec slower @ Laguna with the Stang than 1+ year ago. I have a crappy MOMO Racing with 240° rotation and I couldn't find anything on the iR forums how to set it up correctly. The "worst" wheel people are using is a G25.

Lock to lock range: 240°
Limit lock to lock range: 360° - set by the configurator, but later I tried 540 and 900. I have no idea what this is.

When turning the wheel like ~ 45° almost nothing happens, while at ~ 60-90° it turns like mad. So it's not linear at all.

What configurator? The ingame calibrator you mean?

Yeah there's the problem, the animation stops after 90°, but your wheel keeps going you just can't see it. Arms are stupid anyway I'd suggest to turn both them and wheel off, you'll be much better off and get increased fps, win-win.

Wat, no.

Quote from Töki (HUN) :The only combo I could do is SRF @ Okayama. So yeah, I'll skip this week.

Keep your eyes open for something called Suomijokkis in the hosted sessions during the weekdays, but keep the quote "rubbing is racing" in your head if you decide to join

Quote from boothy :Well, away from official races unless you have a) practised and b) qualified decently. You can gain decent SR and iRating if you stay out of trouble by qualifying up front and staying out of trouble, or if you don't race, 30m quali sessions are useful for SR. But yeah, maybe stick to the unofficial series this week.

Do you always have to be so serious and boring with your answers?

Roland o/ I admit the SR system was frustrating when getting in to it, but you ragequitted because you lost -0.32 SR in a race when you're already A-class licensed? Cmon, that's nothing, it was a low SoF race, happenZ.
