Updated the rulebook to give admins more freedom with penalties and slightly altered the protest (and appeal) procedures.
It's not hard to have a clean race when the number of starters can be counted with the fingers on your hand. The LFSCART oval races have always been a shambles, the last decent non-autocross one was the Speedweeks 400 in 2010. It involves near to no skill, and thanks to safety cars bunching people up again the drivers who do cause the crashes are hardly ever disadvantaged through that.
LFSCART was a great series from 2010-12, but for me the ovals always let it down, so not having the 500 as part of the scored rounds would be a good change.

Please use the following format to confirm your entry:
Number, Firstname Lastname, LFS username, Teamname
An example:
Please only confirm your participation if you are planning to take part in the main event. The 62 fastest drivers from pre-qualifying will be allowed to take part in the main event. Should any of the drivers in the lower grid be unable to attend, they will be replaced with the next car in the pre-qualifying results. The confirmation deadline is Saturday, April 19th at 22:59 UTC.
All confirmed drivers that did not attend must withdraw by Tuesday, 29.04.2014 at 19:15 UTC to not receive a 30-point penalty.
Note the change in UTC deadlines!
