They can find a way. Maybe place them by name, race, age, sex or any other way.
On a serious note, maybe whoever was slightly more in front of the other at the moment of the contact? I doupt anyone will crash straight from the begining of the sessions before even completing an outlap...
Yeah but for now its like that but usually when your eye sight is bad it gets gradually worst and worst. That's why glasses and contacts exist, it's to slow down that deterioration (or in some rare cases completly fix your eye sight.)
Contacts are not a pain in the ass at all... I put mine on in 2 minutes and 27 seconds (PB) and I don't even feel them at all. I'm sure you can sacrifice 5 minutes in your day to put them on and off :S.

Come to think of it, it's possible that they'll sell you glasses for the heck of making money. :P But still, if you know your eyes are bad then test them. I think you should go take the test before it gets worst. If you don't want glasses theres a thing called contact lenses that exist nowadays (dunno if they did in your time.) :P

My opinion would be having either 2 pools/2 servers or having 2 qual sessions and cutting out the slower people. Now let's here it from the man himself. :P

2. Is there a set of rules for the league that we can read or is it still being worked on?
3. When you mean that a few selected people move on, is it by standings or do the race admins chose based on consistency, speed, if they are clean but hard racers, etc.?

Right, even though you seem to be insulting everyone who gives you advice out of paranoia that we try to brainwash you into doing things our way, I'll still give my advice.
The aspect ratio is off. The cars look squished so maybe try to get it right so that they look like normal cars.
Shift F would probably be better because its pointless knowing that you're on lap 1/3 and to see the map anyways. You're trying to show us the battle and it's just distracting unnecessarily.
For Gamecam, why use it when Fraps does the work just as well and the watermark can be edited a lot easier in that.
Also, maybe try to edit out the botom part which has the time line for the replay?
