The team gets the same amount of points if Vettel finishes ahead or if Webber did. It wouldn't change anything in the constructors points...

As for the argument on why didn't they let Webber past, it's obvious that Vettel were massively disadvantaged by that bad pit stop. Which meant Vettel has to stop early in the final stop to undercut Hamilton, and in doing so he had to push like mad, which wear the tyres down quicker. He had a 77 point lead. Red Bull logic is stupid. :/ He would need to lose the equivalent of a little more than 3 DNF's while the nearest rival wins all 3 of those races. -_- With the number of races left and the lead he's got I really don't see how he could lose it.

One thing I was wondering is why Redbull didn't tell Vettel to let Webber by if they so desperately didn't want them to crash into eachother. Webber was faster and therefore deserved it more than Vettel if there were going to be team orders... On top of that, Vettel's lead in the championship is massive so why not try to secure second for Webber as well. Make it a 1-2 for the WDC and a win in the WCC?

No, Alonso gave enough space, Button did what he could to avoid the incident as well but their efforts were in vain. Therefore it's a racing incident.

There's a big difference between both incidents.. Hamilton took a dive down the inside in Monaco. Button was fully alongside and braked a little less than Alonso.
