And that is the point I was making. :P Except I don't think letting them fight would've been smart, letting Webber by would've been the best option imo.
Tough luck for Vettel, his team screwed up his race. It would still be fair to let Webber through since his race went a little better and at that point he was faster. And like I said, if they let Webber through they're also making sure they get a 1-2 in the WDC as well whereas letting Vettel in front simply increases the massive advantage Vettel already has. I don't see the logic in what Red Bull did.
He had a 77 point lead. Red Bull logic is stupid. :/ He would need to lose the equivalent of a little more than 3 DNF's while the nearest rival wins all 3 of those races. -_- With the number of races left and the lead he's got I really don't see how he could lose it.
One thing I was wondering is why Redbull didn't tell Vettel to let Webber by if they so desperately didn't want them to crash into eachother. Webber was faster and therefore deserved it more than Vettel if there were going to be team orders... On top of that, Vettel's lead in the championship is massive so why not try to secure second for Webber as well. Make it a 1-2 for the WDC and a win in the WCC?
So I can make a new account with the same name? I don't have any additional content or anything, I pretty much bought that month just to try it out when it came out. Thanks for the tip!
Do existing members ever get any promotions to renew their memberships? I had it for a month back in 2007 and I wouldn't mind giving it another shot, and I will wether there is a promotion or not but I'm just wondering if it ever happens that existing members get promotions too.
Because he was slowing down to try to avoid an incident? While Alonso let go of the brakes to carry more speed around the outside.
I remember an onboard from Alonso's car and you can hear that he lifts off the brakes before Jenson to carry more speed on the outside, thats kinda why.
There's a big difference between both incidents.. Hamilton took a dive down the inside in Monaco. Button was fully alongside and braked a little less than Alonso.
With that many laps behind the safety car, I think the Redbull's are gonna have enough fuel saved up to push really hard for a lot of laps heh. I think Kobayashi is screwed, as much as I'd want him to do well heh.
