He has some white hair, I doupt they'll let him race. On the other hand he's been racing karts quite a bit in Montreal with some of my friends from Coupe de Montreal :P.

And if he didn't record it, who cares. He still heard him say it and he had the permission to listen to what he was saying. He heard it with his own 2 ears, and saw the action which followed. Even without a recording, he could use that as proof that it might have been intentional. Just the fact he heard it.

The post Michael made pretty much ends the discussion. You are given the choice to either allow someone to record you or not, and you didn't untick that. Therefore you are accepting that someone records what you're saying...

I have one and I find it ok although the FFB is a little slow. If you have the budget for a Driving Force GT I'd say go for it. It's the next best thing to the G25 I think. Or maybe look for the price of the Fanatec Porsche wheels?

2 summers ago I got mine for 240$ at Future Shop without any price matching lol. Just asked my cousin who works there so maybe I got an employee discount or something.
