@TexasLTU : Too late, but thats actually no problem as it isn't written anywhere the the confirmed driver have to actually drive at least on lap. As long you stay in the 75% rule its ok
I just noticed Treeker made a mistake when creating the thread stating signup will end 8th May... Now that is stupid, we have to take this time as a reference. We're just human, you know
Reading your text it seemed you drove pretty aggressive, and reading the other comments implies that it did not happened only once. If you drive more carefully you won't slip on the brakes, and wont get a ban... that easy.
Man, YOU have to know how long the nose of your car is...
What do you do if you have to park in between two cars? Do you get out to get a "Side View" of the car? No, you know(feel) where your car ends. At least i do.
Its afternoon here, but anyways. You can find some good sets in bobs signature.
If you want more advanced (and twitchy setups), google for setupfield or setupgrid
We want to see the drivers nominated who were involved, it must be clear why. However, we understand that some may have important duties, we (the admins) will talk about it.
And what i meant with my statement, if the drivers would know they could shift+p after a start incident, they could take more risks. And we don't want that. Someone is always the dumb...
That's why we did the test race for, and it looked everyone understood what its all about. Looks like this is not the case. But we just don't want to yell at anyone, as i don't see that this could bring any advantage.
We are trying to help the issue(s), but in our way.
For the first one we can only hope the drivers will learn from this and take more care in the pace car lap. Start from the pit is not what we want, this could eventually encourage some people to take more risks...
