When you press ALL LEDS then its trying to enable all leds.
But if the outgauge cant connect to lfs then the values is stay "=====" like nothing or 0
Try to open ports or configure your cfg!

Dont need external psu.. its works with lpt
i use leds without resistors

yes possible to choose you the lpt adress but i think only LPT1 and LPT2 0x378 and 0x278
