I used the Anapod Explorer for a while, its very easy to use and much more confortable than iTunes.

Announcing the Track 1 Hour before the Race would be fine with me. This would create the same premises for everyone.
I have about 5 Setups i regularly use, 1 for fast tracks, one for tight twisty tracks, and so on. So finding a Setup wouldn't be a problem imo.

Only Licenced Users can use the Auto Skin Download function. (They can upload their own Skins www.lfsworld.net).

The only thing you can do is to send your skins (eg. via MSN) to your buddy's, and tell them to put them into their "skins_x" folder.
