Yes I'm doing it in 2D mode. I am also not using the LFS system.
The reason for the eyes upside down thing is I am using a hacked EDID for my projector so Windows thinks it is a supported 3D Projector. All the 3D movie players and quite a few games allow you to swap left/right eyes, which fixes the problem.
Have you thought about getting Nvidia 3d Vision certified? I can lend you a spare 3D vision kit if you want to do some testing.
Scawen, as you are working on the 3D atm, would it be possible to have an option to swap eyes when using Nvidia 3D Vision?

Thanks for the update. Nvidia 3dvision sorts everything out, I guess it would be a pretty small coding change to get it working perfectly. I use shutter glasses on my 3d projector. The nvidia drivers convert it to SBS on the fly IIRC.

My only suggestion is to not require a pain in the ass sign up/ skin editing. It takes alot of time, and is completely unessesary, especially if you don't have s stream!
