FINAL ENTRY

Finally got a new idea. First time I've tried to make smoke, it's damn hard, but it ended up okay. Also went for some distortion and noise as there would be on a onboard camera. Check it out I like the idea myself And the Eurosport logo and the widescreen effect is just to make it more "broadcasted" if that's a word at all?

I was just thinking about a new series of ranks in hotlapping. We got ranks for each car with those 18 tracks, but why not have some ranks inside tracks? So you have to get all the cars more or less through the tracks, resulting in a ranking?

+1. I'm here for the racing, and not the content. Yes, ofc it's cool to try out some new stuff, but after I've been through most of the racing sims out there with downloadable content, I still feel LFS is the best. Even if S3 or a new patch won't ever show up, I'll stick with LFS. IMO that's what LFS is about - Live For Speed, and that has nothing to do with the ammount of tracks and cars.

Does someone wanna make a new version of this whole blender easy kit? The original is 2½ years old now, and would be cool to have the scirocco from Viewer, and the new XF/XR/FOX and FO8 designs and rims (small changes, but still)
I don't have any idea how to do it, but I'd hope someone out there would do a new version of this kit

Not to be rude, but I like your original better than the edit. Why? Because IMO it's just a lot of blur put on the picture, very unprecise, and doesn't fit in at all. I think you should forget about the blur in the start, and start looking at some basics, balancing the colors, simple lighting to put some thing in focus, if you want motion blur then be accurate when using it, and dont use too much. The blur you put on doesn't look good IMO, neither realistic. You should be more careful with your editing, and take smalls steps at a time and make each look great.

So, I made this simple render with my new FZR skin in Blender, and I got pretty satisfied. I have some questions though, The windows aren't reflected in the floor, AND after i changed the textures on the car, the front light looks a bit weird, with the light texture being black, but the rest under the glass is brighter. Got some ideas what it can be?

I got problems with some pretty simple blender render. And I have no idea why, the two cars are duplicated from each other, should therefore be totally the same. Still, one of the cars looks normal, and the other one looks fked up to be honest. Don't get how it happens Anyone got some help for me ?

Check out attachement. I forgot to save the high res one i made, because it looked shit, but made a new small res one, and it's the same deal. And couldnt be bothered to wait for it to finish, but trust me, the problem is still there when its done...

Not final. Can't even decide if it's gonna be the theme of my picture, have considered a simple picture with a car just going out of control, just though this was more "original". Tell me what you think

My style of course Le Mans, because the greatest race is this weekend! Since there's no LMPs in LFS, I tried to replicate some of the most significant cars from the last handful of years, and it's turning out pretty good imo

Tell me if you have some ideas or critics
