What if you get one with TDI completely in red?

Is that some sort of rocket ship?

Quote from ajp71 :The cost would be much greater if you wanted a decent job and repainted more than just the panel to get the colour blended in better.

I've never heard of surrounding non-damaged panels being painted to blend the colour in. If it's a good paint shop they should be able to get a pretty decent match.

Anyway, the paint finish of a repair is never as good as the factory finish (obviously), and if you're painting a large portion of the car, it's going to show.

The only time i've come across paintwork that is near factory finish is when we got our Saab repaired after a minibus damaged the front wing, and we had the paint done by Saab. You have to look proper hard to see any evidence that it might have been painted.

Quote from Luke.S :that mx5 looks almost perfect. That would cost what £50 to fix unless there is internal damage

If you want a decent job done, maybe a bit more :P

Some places manage to do an unbelievably bad quality paint job.

I've put #30 on the taken numbers list, and made #3 available again. Assuming everything is ok with him, deko will include this change in the next entry list update.

I'm no fast driver, but some tips:

Turn 1: Because you didn't brake hard enough, you didn't really slow down in time and so ran wide and missed the apex of the corner

Chicane: If you take a reasonable amount of curb you can take this flat out.

Turn 2: Your transition from acceleration to braking is quite leisurely here. It needs to be immediately off one pedal and onto the other. Brake later here (around 75m) and brake on the far outside, using the full width of the track. Do this and you should get a bit closer to the apex. Take advantage of the curb on the outside of T2 to keep up speed.

The next bit just requires you to be a bit more rapid with the controls, and turn in earlier to fully hit the apex of the turn.

Penultimate corner: Brake at 50m, make use of the left hand curb, let the car run wide on the exit and again, make full use of the track width to keep up speed.

Final corner: Not too bad, but the way your car handles through here really makes it look like you are using the default setup.

If you are, get some better ones from Setupgrid.net/Team Inferno Setup Field. Take a look at the world record replay to see where your lines can be improved.

Quote from exspeed :If the devs would need more money, they should arrange races which have entry fee's so they can get more money for LFS to make the development faster. Ofcourse the races has prizes for winners and some of it goes to them. just a thought

They don't need money, they just need time. They're self employed so it's not like they need more money to recruit a bigger team of people.

Quote from Dajmin :Jaffa Cakes and Caramel Logs are still the pinnacle of biscuits though.

Jaffa cakes are not technically biscuits. They are classified as cakes (and therefore you don't pay VAT on them, but you would if they were chocolate covered biscuits). VAT is not paid on plain biscuits.

Useless info over.

I don't have any experience with using multiple monitors, but couldn't you set the mirror monitor to show a custom view looking backwards though the car?

No and No

EDIT: I'll give you it 5haz.. It was actually a C-Type, which was a racing version based on the Midget :P

EDIT 2: I dunno if I should have given you that because the C-Type is a bit more different to the M-Type Midget than I thought... Just post a picture

Edit 3: I fail at historic MG models..
