Yea, I Recieved the problem yesterday, restarted it twice yesterday and Today, I Will restart again Shortly, I Need to see what it comes up with when i start up the PC (It might be in safe Mode, Havent Checked)

EDIT: Restarted PC, Double checked i have started windows normally, No Change.

Have to change to Linux Mint Until i can resolve this problem.

I Have a strange problem with has just recently Happened (Picture below)

I Have windows Vista but it shows the Classic Context menu's, I cannot exit any programs without using Task Manager.

Also cannot open Program files. (Windows goes away and resets itself)

When i try saving Files it comes up as The normal Save Menu but I Cant enter any name for the file.

Its taken me a very long time to save 1 picture.

(The Picture below was a F1 Picture but i had to overwrite it because i couldnt save the Image on paint.

Also Nothing was cut out of the picture, Top of Internet explorer is actually what it is like.)

I Just bought a cheap £20 Advent headset and i seam to be picking up some type of german music.. sounds like on when you win a game on call of duty 5 and the music at the end.. Sounds exactly like it.. but i cant understand What they are saying.. Sounds like opera.
