Me personally think they should create a "platform" like iracing.

Atleast when we talk about servers and series and managing the whole experience for people online.


I like lfs, but i gladly pay for something like iracing and get a real database for the whole simcommunity in that sim. I like the whole web gui for the whole sim experience. lfsworld is nice too but it's not the same thing.

Pretty expensive to get iracing going but when you have got your cars and tracks and series you wanna run it's just a matter of small fee each month depending on how you choose to pay for it.

I would gladly pay for LFS in the same way if they did something similiar. Allthough the prices cant be that ridiculous though. Cause it aint laser scanned and real cars blah blah blah.

I hope they have real jobs besides this so they can pay their bills.

iRacing has around 30 000 members signed. Everyone pays atleast 7 usd a month. And on top of that you pay for some cars and tracks you want to run. Me myself has put up around 200 usd for just cars and tracks and around 10 dollars every month for rent. And im only D class and just want to have some fun in there. A wild guess would be 30 000 x 120 = 3 600 000 USD for just average user. Then 30 000 x month fee that is at smallest 7,45 usd or 10-12 usd.

I would gladly give some of my money to LFS. To bad they don't feel the same and try to make the most out of it.

He did'nt hire guys from the start. He built that lego game alone. It was just a couple a months ago he hired some guys to his company called Mojang. And he allready than had passed like 3-4 millions GBP.

iRacing saves me until new patch comes out.

So only 1½ stretching years. Not that bad.

Yeah, when I was around 70 percent done with the edititing, then I found the SHIFT+F command. I only made a decent lap and thought, hmm, why not try to finally make a video and see how that goes.

Next time I will try get some more feeling into it. This one was more like a showof for a nice layout and decent time for me really.

In my eyes it's only clean WR's that counts. I think Scawen and CO should get a group of people for checking out ppls WR's. Or just let us, the community send them a email with fixed subjecet so they actually will read it. And then we report when it's a bad WR that is uploaded. Pretty soon, no retarded WR's will be uploaded.

So why not just Create a thread for every "cheating" WR and just bash the WR and the man who made it. And also, never give the guys credit for their WR.

Well, I want more camera control and car focus along the ride and so on.

So if you could make an example of how you using it, it would be great.

You can always just use fraps and record everything your doing for creating a simple path and editing and so on.

Can anyone make a tutorial for creating anything with this? There is like no information what so ever on what to do and so on.

Ive got to the point that i type insim=30000 and connect with the app and so on. But then you feel totally lost. It cant be just me.

Can someone break it down into steps? And more specifically, what do you do after you connected the app, switch to LFS again and then what? Go into shift+U and just place a camera and then go out to the app and record it somehow?


There really should be a simple step by step. Atleast so you get the basic right away.


I did a lap in a layout in blackwood car park, and when im almost finnished with the video in premiere i see this app and feels my video is a bit lame with all static cameras.

I just play GTR Evolution and Richard Burns Rally instead of focusing on lfs. Much more simple that way.

Just get Richard Burns Rally if you relly wanna try the best rally experience and then get Race07.

Im having a blast in race07 and richard burns rally.

LFS was long time ago. shure, i fire it up sometimes but because i'm waiting the locked settings that will come with the scirocco it just feel a bit tad. All the waiting that is.

But hey, I can keep on waiting, and play the others in meanwhile.
